BIO
A life-long SF Bay Area resident and the daughter of a local Realtor, I have always had a passion for real estate.
Between the extensive marketing knowledge gained from my 15 years working in marketing for top Bay Area companies like Adobe and lightning-paced creative agencies, my extensive East Bay community ties, and my real estate-seeped childhood, I am uniquely suited to guide my clients through each part of their real estate journey with ease.
While my roots are in Corporate America, it's clear that Real Estate and all of it's related activities have always been my passion.
From being enthusiastic to show my buyers homes, to quickly synthesizing sales data, to expertly pricing and staging my sellers' homes, each and every one of my clients can tell I am truly excited to assist them in all aspects of their real estate journey.
Because I strike a great balance between a friendly demeanor and a love of hard data, it's easy for me to keep my finger on the pulse of the Bay Area's niche markets and arm my clients with this knowledge to ensure they feel confident in their decision making.
I am on the Board for the Oakland chapter of Young Realtist Division (YRD), whose mission is to increase the number of Black real estate professionals nationwide. I am also part of the Associated Real Property Brokers, a predominantly African American real estate trade association.
I am am also an active member in professional networking real estate groups CAR (California Assoc. of REALTORS) & NAR (National Assoc. of REALTORS, and with that comes added layers of professionalism you can rely on.
Call me or text me - open lines of communicative and ensuring my clients are comfortable and confident every step of the way is #1 on my list.
On a more personal level, some of my favorite things include rollerskating by Lake Merritt, maintaining my houseplant jungle, performing live karaoke and playing my Thunderbird bass guitar.
First time home buyers are my specialty, so don't hesitate to reach out :)

One thing I liked about working with Gabrielle was that she always shared data to support her recommendations.
Also, she made sure we were well informed about what was happening every step of the way.
She knows the Fremont area well, thats for sure!
